As our culture continues its slide toward the casual, especially with regard to digital communication (U kno what Im sayin?), it’s still inappropriate to send sloppy emails. Even worse – it’s unprofitable. When prospects receive emails that are riddled with grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and typos, their opinion of that sender and his or her company will plummet, and with it, the chance of a sale. No one wants to buy from a company that is unintelligent, incompetent or disorganized, so don’t let your emails send the message that your company is any of those things.
