The Art of the Phone Call

Anyone can talk on the phone, right? WRONG. Talking on the phone, as a salesperson to a prospect, is a delicate operation in which the caller needs to faciliate a genuine and two-way conversation, achieve specific goals, articulate well and respect the prospect’s time. The best salespeople have mastered the art of conversation, and the worst ones forget that there is anyone else on the call but them.
